Expect the unexpected in 2021
The exclusive Skogsfloating 12 month trajectory with an overnight stay
Imagine this; you put your head on your pillow and almost go to sleep. Just before you fall asleep, your brain prepares for a deep sleep and a world full of dreams. At this stage, your brain makes free connections between all kinds of things that are happening or happened in your day. This is where the best ideas are born. Unfortunately, these moments often pass quickly and are usually easily forgotten. Only this time they won’t disappear!
Expect the Unexpected, 2021
In March 2021, we are introducing a new concept about which many said “if you ever do this, put me at the top of the list“. We will be facilitating 6 evening ‘Skogsfloating open spaces’ in the forest and one of these sessions will include an overnight stay, during midsummer night. Slowing down, stillness and reflection are central to this, as are the changing themes.
What can you expect?
Something special happens when you lie down and gently rock, watching the irregular patterns of the sky and the swaying branches in the trees. You hear the slumbering sound of nature, birds singing, the wind whispering and you experience a feeling of weightlessness, of floating, of freedom. Skogsfloating creates a special level of relaxation, allowing you to actively tap into a source of inspiration and creativity.
While your brain re-establishes all connections, space is created. Time disappears. New ideas, new associations and new perspectives on questions or problems have the time and the opportunity to surface.
The meetings within this unique process are linked to various themes. We are deliberately not giving a clearer interpretation of the program. Skogsfloating is open, literally and figuratively. Skogsfloating also requires its participants to enter it openly, and to be open to the unexpected. Expect the Unexpected.
What is Skogsfloating?
Skogsfloating is a limitless source of inspiration for any leader, manager, trainer, communication professional, facilitator, consultant, team coach or HR advisor who enjoys working with groups. The twelve floating chairs together form a circle, connected from the center. They are hidden in the beautiful forest of Kapellerput, Heeze.
Something special happens when you lie down and rock, looking at the irregular patterns of the sky and the swaying branches in the trees. You are on your own, protected and covered with a blanket and you do not have to worry about keeping yourself standing or sitting. You create stillness and delay. You literally create peace and space in your thinking and acting.
"You are never too old to set another goal or to dream a new dream."
